Houston's big traffic circle is about to get confusing: Beginning today, various parts of the circle around the Mecom Fountain will be closed while workers install a huge storm sewer running from Main and Montrose to Brays Bayou. The ground beneath the MetroRail line near Hermann Park continues staging its own little transit strike today. A water line leak closed a section of the line near San Jacinto and Hermann Drive when it washed support out from under the track late Sunday; though city crews have repaired the pipe, air pockets were found under the track this morning. Officials said the track could reopen late Thursday if no more problems are found....
