Houston is home to the largest Art Car Parade (or so we believe, and that's all that matters) and said parade is surrounded by a weekend of mobile art magnificence. Beginning tonight at 7:00 p.m., when the Art Car Ball returns to it's full glory following an 8 year hiatus and ending on Sunday, when the Continental Club hosts the Art Car Awards Ceremony and Brunch. The real bonus for Houstonians and all who travel to witness this spectacular event is that almost all of it is free! Yes, free - gratis, no admission, no cover just buy or bring your food and beverages, depending upon the event. The exception?
