Sue Grafton, author of the alphabet series of murder mysteries will be in town tonight promoting her newest release: U is for Undertow. The new book went on sale December 1st so this is a great opportunity to stop by Murder by the Book, purchase your copy and meet the author. This past Spring, Ms. Grafton received the Grand Master Award from the Mystery Writers of America. She has also been the recipient of three Anthony Awards, three Shamus Awards, The Ross McDonald Literary Award (2004) and the Cartier Dagger from the British Crime Writers' Association (2008) to honor a lifetime achievement in the field. more ›
