On May 1, all 41 restaurants in the Taqueria Arandas chain will close to mark Mexican Labor Day and oppose proposed federal legislation that would crack down on illegal immigration. Taqueria Arandas management said it's making the move in support of the company's 2,500 employees who want to be part of a general boycott May 1.
