From Sunday's Chronicle, news of another apartment development in Midtown. It's CitiPlace, a four-story, 175-unit building at 306 McGowen, where an older office building stands now. The developer, Jonathan Farb (grandson of super-developer Harold Farb), said he wants CitiPlace to be a prototype for high-density urban projects nationwide:
