With Halloween and office holiday party outfit shopping getting closer (although hopefully not one and the same, unless you work for one of "those" kinds of companies) you and your wallet need some quality thrift store shopping time. Apparently our wish is someone's command - Houston's second Buffalo Exchange shop (249 W. 19th St.) is finally open in the Heights! Sure they're tres pricey for a used clothing shop and a teensy bit snooty......
