Happy Monday, Houston! Today's is St. Patrick's Day, also known as, "I'm really [insert nationality] but I'm going to pretend to be Irish so you'll think I'm Cool Day." Irish Catholics got their green beer buzz installed on Saturday because of Holy Week. The rest of you should take a long lunch today to pull down a draught of Guinness and eat some colcannon.
