This is a busy week for Houstonian and Project Runway winner Chloe Dao. The DVD of her season of the hit Bravo show hit stores on Tuesday, and if she wants a copy, she’ll be buying it herself. (Chloe is apparently even paying for her flight to the premiere party for season three. At least she got a new car and $100,000 when she won the show.) Lucky for us, Chloe says on the DVD that she has no plans to leave Houston. Instead, she’s hoping she can create “a little fashion capitol” here.
