The FBI is looking for help catching a Beau Brummelly robber who's believed to have knocked over four banks in Houston — all while wearing dazzlingly coordinated outfits. The man, who authorities call the "Dapper Bandit," robbed his first bank — a Washington Mutual branch in southwest Houston — on May 31.
