Good news if you're heading out of town this weekend: Gas prices in Texas dropped again this week, ending a an average of $2.79 a gallon for regular unleaded, down 6 cents from last week. Texas remains below the national average price of $2.86, which is also down 6 cents from last week, according to AAA Texas.
